Subscription Policy

1. Overview

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for subscription services provided by FurTherapyCo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to any of our products, you agree to abide by this Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Offerings

We offer recurring delivery plans (subscriptions) for select products. When you subscribe:

  • You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for future deliveries at the frequency and price selected at checkout.

  • You receive exclusive discounts or perks only available to subscribers (as advertised on the product page).

3. Billing and Payment

  • Your subscription will be billed to the payment method provided at checkout on a recurring basis (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks, depending on your selection).

  • You will receive an email confirmation upon each successful billing.

  • You will receive notifications prior to renewal to ensure you are kept up to date reguarding your subscription.

  • Failed payments due to expired or invalid cards may result in shipment delays or cancellation of your subscription.

  • Prices and fees may be subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to your selected frequency.

  • Shipping times and costs will follow our general Shipping Policy.

5. Modifying or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal, including:

  • Skipping a shipment

  • Changing delivery frequency

  • Updating your shipping address or payment method

  • Canceling your subscription

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle without penalty.

Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • If you're not satisfied with your product, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your first order.

    -To qualify for a refund, simply contact our customer support team at hello@furtherapyco.com with your order details, and we will assist you in processing the return and refund.

    -Please note that the refund applies to the product cost, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@furtherapyco.com within 7 days of delivery for a resolution (replacement or store credit).

7. Free Trials and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Free trial periods for subscriptions

  • First-time subscriber discounts

Free trials convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the end of the trial period. Only one trial or promotional offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise stated.

8. Auto-Renewal and Termination

All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the customer. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

  • Repeated failed payment attempts

  • Abuse of promotional offers

  • Violations of our Terms of Service
